Quick, easy, no hassle process. On handover Emily was fully prepared for my arrival making sign over quick and easy. She demo'd all the new features in the car and added my settings. Really good and friendly service.

Disappointed that after a brand new engine we have been charged for a full service. It was agreed it was not required but this got overturned and full service and charges applied.
