We were looked after by Emily Gaskell and she was wonderful and I am sure is a great asset to the Mini team. Anything she said she was going to do she did and she kept us fully informed of everything and always in a friendly and professional manner.

Only problem was the failure due to the number plate. The number plate was on the car when purchased from you so I have no idea where thee illegal plate came from.
